The working flow:
Coiler—metal feeding frame---levelling and grooving equipment
                     
Cut sheet—operate with relevant Pittsburgh lock machine or plasma cutting machine        
Punch square notch, cut sheet—operate with combined lock machine, TDF flange locking, TDF folder to produce"U " , "□", "∟" duct
                     
Cut, fold—seam with seaming machine to form

Auto-line V includes a metal feeding frame, levelling and grooving equipment, hydraulic punching square notch equipment, hydraulic cutter, movable Pittsburgh lock machine, duplex trans-verse flange manufacture machine, TDF hydraulic folder and CNC system. It’s highly efficient and can save work area. It is possible to produce square duct of small cross section area of 200X200mm.
