Basic equipment:
A: Four power metal feeding frame
B: One leveler grooving roller machine
C: Four hydraulic notch and die
D: Two double seam machine

Note:
1. Material set size cutting can be equipped with a plasma cutting machine.
2. (a) For ‘C’, “S” insert cleat notching, it can use ‘C’ cleat and ‘S’ insert flange machine
(b) Different connecting methods can be used with TDF flange machine and TDF connecting machine.
(c) It is able to punch all kinds of notch in angle steel flange and ‘Z’ shape flanges. It can also form “”,“口”,and “L ”shape, and be used with a connecting machine to produce a complete set of ducts.
3. It’s able to punch TDC notch and press to form insert flange to produce “口” shape duct; able to be used with connecting machine and insert flange to finish a complete set of ducts.
Line Ⅳconsists of feeding metal frame, leveler grooving rolls, hydraulic notch and punch square machine, double drive single-lock machine, hydraulic shear machine and folder machine. The electrical control is computer controller. Notch and punch square machine, shear and folder machine with hydraulic systems. Fold—cut, combined pittsurgh, shaped clip or angle iron or insert lath to make insert flange duct

Notch and punch square—cut feeding metal for TDF

Notch-double drive to make shape-folding, cutting—combine TDC or insert lath to manufacture insert flange duct
