●It adopt grating ruler for curvature range adjustment, which with high precision. It’s allowed to adjust curvature either by two rollers meanwhile, or by single roller according to set, which is easy to operate.
●It use touch panel and PLC electrical control system, with advanced technology and stable performance;
●With fault auto-detecting system and alarm function, and it display error information and solving suggestion on screen;
●With counting function, to record the quantity of processed workpieces
●All bending data can be saved in PLC as permanent memory, and can be use at any time.
●With manual, semi-automatic and automatic work mode. Powerful cooling system allows the machine could be used in tropic area stably;
●It allow to process varies of metal profile, such as angle iron, flat steel, round pipe and other material of abnormal section profile, through change the groove of bending dies;
●It’s able to bend large size profile, while no need to make super size bending die.
